- We are seeking a talented and dynamic Technical Trainer specializing in SharePoint Online and Office 365 services to join our team.
- As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective on-demand and live training courses tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
- Your expertise in SharePoint Online and other Office 365 services, including Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive, and Teams, will be instrumental in delivering high-quality training programs that empower users to maximize the potential of these platforms.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, documentation, videos, and interactive tutorials, covering SharePoint Online and various Office 365 services.
- Design and deliver engaging on-demand training courses via online platforms, ensuring content is accessible and user-friendly.
- Conduct live training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate users on SharePoint Online and Office 365 functionalities, best practices, and tips.
- Customize training programs to address specific client requirements, industry standards, and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and technical teams to ensure training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the latest platform updates and features.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on insights gathered.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and fostering a positive learning environment.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in SharePoint Online and Office 365, integrating relevant insights into training programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Technical Trainer or similar role, specializing in SharePoint Online and Office 365 training.
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, features, and capabilities, as well as proficiency in other Office 365 services such as Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery, with a focus on adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating multimedia training materials using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Camtasia, or similar software.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online training platforms is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or SharePoint certifications are a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
