Job DescriptionJob Description

The purpose of this position is to execute the assembly of firearm parts, packaging and quality assurance at Primary Arms.

The Armorer will report to the Production Manager. He/She will be responsible for assembly, quality Control, packaging and testing of all Expo Arms Products.

This is a full-time position with daytime and early evening hours. Some non-standard work shifts may be required.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform quality assurance of all inbound receipts
  • Perform routine packaging of all private label products
  • Assembly of Upper Receivers and any other Build of Materials
  • Ensures the proper inspection, testing, and routine maintenance company firearms in accordance with applicable armorer procedures.
  • Ensures organization and preparation of armorer inventory for production and assembly.
  • Plans and conducts cycle counts based on daily, monthly, and annual requirements.
  • Assist as required with customer Return Merchandise Authorization inspection services.
  • Provide logistical support for large events and contracts as directed.
  • Executes other duties as assigned.

Education And/or Experience

  • Mechanical experience required.
  • Armorer experience preferred. Training may be provided.
  • Firearms experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required, Oracle is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
