Role & Responsibility:Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success
  • Maintain functionality and user support of our ERP system and software. This
  • requires working closely with IT team members, internal / remote employees,
  • and external suppliers.
  • Create, present, and maintain Business Intelligence KPI dashboards.
  • Work cohesively within the IT team. Ensure all daily tasks are communicated.
  • and captured in the appropriate medium.
  • Support other team members in software and hardware related issues.
  • Manage relationships and provide a positive primary point of contact with
  • external software vendors.
  • On-call after business hours as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience:Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data analysis, information systems or
  • equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in key functions listed, active
  • participation in IT support, software development, software implementation,
  • and business data analytics.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Access, and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Advanced PC software skills, particularly advanced Office 365, DAX, and SQL.
  • Basic Networking and Window Server Skills.
  • Familiarity with RDBMS.
  • Familiarity with Oracle SQL Developer.
  • Ability to write queries and run scripts.
  • Familiar with data visualization.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory Administrative Center (ADAC).
