Outpatient Program Manager I

DESCRIPTION
Manages the full functions of a service center, providing multiple services to participants, often at multiple locations. Supervision and staff development, program planning and implementation to meet agency, program and participant goals. Develop community awareness and facilitate the treatment and/or prevention of alcohol and/or drug addictions. Provides budget development, fiscal management, and grant management. Computer knowledge of ARMS or other Electronic Health Records (EHR) is needed for data entry. Manager I or II is related to level of supervision, fiscal responsibility, geographic responsibility and entry level.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or SUD Certification plus four years of experience working with people with alcohol and/or drug addictions, including supervisory experience. or an approved equivalent combination of experience and education. Computer knowledge and Electronic HealthCare (EHR) for data entry is required. Some positions may require specific credentials, certification and/or license.
NOTE: Employees will be required to be fingerprinted and will be subject to clearance by the Department of Justice. Tuberculosis testing is also required.
