Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a Senior Change Manager Lead with experience with the record-to-report process. This individual will help  our client assess an organization's financial performance

and gain essential insights to help develop improvements and strategies to optimize operations 

and performance.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop internal relationships with business units to ensure compliance and adoption to meet targets and best practices
  • Collect, process, and deliver relevant, timely, and accurate information used for providing 
  • strategic, financial, and operational feedback to understand how a business is performing
  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities.
  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
  • Manage stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a sourcing strategy to optimize costs and to ensure continuity of supply for critical equipment & services
  • Deploy ambitious procurement savings and supplier performance improvement plans
  • Implement relevant metrics and a dashboard to drive and monitor the corresponding metrics for cost, quality, delivery, and service levels
  • Support change management at the organizational level.
  • Manage the change portfolio.


Minimum Skills, Knowledge, and Ability Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s Degree in information systems, business administration, or a related field is required. 
  • 5-10 years of experience in project support, data analysis, reporting, or related functions. 
  • Experience and understanding of ERP Finance
  • Change management certifications and experience are preferred.
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide employees through the change process.
  • Proven experience in managing complex internal and external partnerships for outsourced and insourced services change management projects
  • The candidate shall master sourcing and procurement processes. (Source to Settle, Procure to Pay, Supplier management process)
  • Experience in procurement of a broad range of categories
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
  • Comfortable working with all levels of the organization.
  • You have demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision both individually and as part of a team.
  • Highly proficient with Excel and other reporting and analysis tools.
