Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services to customers.
  • Handle and process all leads, set appointments, follow up with customers, and sell additional products and services to customers.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience during every interaction including sales opportunities, performing service transactions and claims reporting.
  • Conduct needs based policy reviews.
  • Accurateand timely documentation ofall interactions with each customerusing agency systems.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success.


Requirements
  • Property and Casualty 2-20 license or a 4-40 License.
  • Will consider an individual with no licenses who are willing to get their 4-40 license within 2 days of hire or their 2-20 license within one month of hire.
  • Ability to achieve monthly sales goals and produce long term revenue.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Previous work experience in sales, customer service, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
  • Bilingual, fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish is preferred.
  • Salesforce experience a plus.
