Schwieters Companies is seeking to hire a highly motivated full-time, Millwork Estimator to join our team to estimate projects generally in the residential division, and in some commercial.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work directly with an assigned Sales/Project Manager to produce proposals to potential customers, along with a team of Estimators to review each other's work
• Complete job site walks on a needed basis
• Organize and produce quote requests for material suppliers
• Detail material quantities for order after the project is awarded
• Produce shop drawings and material submittals
• Manage estimating process from request for proposal to internal review of completed proposals
• Generate estimates for Prefinish, Millwork and Finish Carpentry
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare labor and/or material estimates of products

QUALIFICATIONS

• Construction & Estimating knowledge
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
• Coordination with clients and vendors
• Multi-tasking abilities & attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license

WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday-Friday, (7am-4pm, 1 hour lunch)
• Hybrid/Remote work available 2 days a week after training is complete

COMPENSATION

• $47,000+ per year, paid hourly, depending on qualifications/experience
