Exterior Building Solutions is an established contractor in the St. Louis area providing exterior renovation/repair needs for over 20 years. EBS prides itself on providing solutions, not excuses, to get jobs done the right way. With the addition of our restoration division 6 years ago, Apple Restoration, we have been able to expand the scope of repairs we are able to take on, increasing sales chances tremendously.

Position Summary


Our purpose is to educate and inform homeowners on solutions to their problems. Whether it be a leak in the roof, wind damage to siding, hail damage to roof, or just looking to provide a facelift to their home. We listen to the pain points of homeowners and get them pricing for a solution. To be successful at this role, you need to be self motivated and driven. What you get out of this job is a direct reflection of the effort you put in. Attention to detail and the ability to network are very important to the success of this position.

Compensation


This position comes with a base salary plus commission on sales.

As this is a sales position, income will be heavily based on commissions from sales.

Company vehicle and gas is provided

Key Responsibilities

• Contact company generated leads to set up site inspections and begin estimating process with homeowners
• Self generate leads through networking
• Work up estimates that maintain company required profit margins and adhere to any local code requirements
• On insurance claims, work with insurance company on getting damage covered under homeowner's policy
• Get homeowners to execute contract and collect deposit
• Go over material selections with homeowners
• Submit job information to production department for scheduling
• Work with homeowners on job completion to get referrals and reviews
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend and stoop, kneel, crawl, climb and drive or ride in a motor vehicle
