Pay

This position is for Part-Time Employment

  • $14.00- $18.00/hour (based on experience)


Responsibilities

  • Efficiently answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in computer usage for data entry, document preparation, and email communication.
  • Assist with various essential office tasks, including scheduling appointments, obtaining permits, managing accounts receivable, preparing cost estimates, and overseeing material procurement.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for office-related procedures and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients to provide information and support for office functions.
  • Maintain an organized and orderly office environment, including filing and managing office supplies.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve routine issues, and provide general assistance to clients and colleagues.
  • Prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines and maintain efficient office operations.
  • Adhere to office policies and procedures while continually seeking ways to improve workflow and efficiency.

Job requirements

  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and email communication
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment operation, such as printers, copiers, and scanners
  • Willingness to adapt to new tasks and take on responsibilities as needed
  • Familiarity with office procedures and best practices
  • Availability to work regular office hours
