Your expertise and unwavering commitment will support our mission of being the premier lawn care provider in the region.

Your primary responsibilities will include applying treatments, identifying lawn issues, and ensuring that each customer's specific requirements are met accurately and attentively. At Heroes Lawn Care, we appreciate and recognize your enthusiasm for outdoor environments and your pursuit of perfection. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided, although familiarity with lawn care is advantageous. Join us to contribute your skills and passion to our team

Compensation:

$15 - $20 Hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Apply lawn care treatments, such as fertilizers and pesticides, following company guidelines to enhance and upkeep the health and appearance of customers' lawns
  • Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including sprayers and spreaders, to ensure precise and efficient application of treatments
  • Engage with customers to promptly address inquiries or concerns related to lawn treatments, aiming to deliver exceptional customer service and guarantee satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of applied treatments and promptly report any issues or concerns to supervisors to support detailed documentation and assist in evaluating treatment effectiveness
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations while working in various outdoor conditions to prioritize the safety of oneself, colleagues, customers, and the environment
Qualifications:

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Be able to work outdoors for extended durations
  • US Work Authorization
  • Driver's License
  • Drug and Background Check
