Position Title: Warehouse Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various warehousing activities, ensuring the accurate processing, picking, packing, and shipping of orders. Your primary focus will be on maintaining inventory accuracy, inspecting inbound material, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Process, pick, pack, and ship orders accurately.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by lot numbers.
• Inspect inbound material for damages, shortages/overages, and report as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Pick and prepare material for shipping.
• Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures.
• Complete reports by entering required information into the system.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing goals and targets.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in totes in the shipping area.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• All candidates must be over the age of 18 and undergo a 5-panel drug test and background check.
• Basic math skills.
• Must be reliable, with a positive attitude and good work ethics.
• Familiarity with the use of stock picker, stand-up forklift, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment.
• Solid communication skills.
• Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for the work; ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to take directions and work as a team.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday, hours from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.
