Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a meticulous Contracts Processor to manage all aspects of the contract process, including preparing, revising, examining, and analyzing all appropriate documents. This person will maintain and keep record of all contracts and related reports, logs, and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify sales information and accurately type up contracts for final processing.
  • Log all contracts and related information into the database system promptly and accurately.
  • Process payments and manage financial transactions associated with contracts.
  • Handle contract edits, cancellations, and other modifications as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in contract processing, legal assistance, or a similar role.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels within the company, as well as with external partners.
  • Familiarity with legal requirements and standards associated with contracts.
  • Excellent time management skills and accountability.
  • Outstanding organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Sharp attention to detail with a knack for identifying discrepancies and errors.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of handling inquiries and communications effectively.
