Roles and Responsibilities:
- Investment Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling of potential investment opportunities, including valuation, financial statement analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Due Diligence: Perform comprehensive due diligence on target companies, assessing financial performance, market position, industry dynamics, and management capabilities.
- Investment Memoranda: Prepare investment memoranda and presentations outlining investment thesis, financial analysis, risks, and potential returns for internal stakeholders and investors.
- Deal Execution: Assist in all aspects of deal execution, including negotiation, structuring, and closing of private equity transactions.
- Portfolio Monitoring: Monitor portfolio company performance, financial metrics, and industry trends to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and investment opportunities within specific sectors or geographies.
