Lunds & Byerlys is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Front End Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $20.50-$29.13.
We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am-10:00pm.

FRONT END MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Front End Managers are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Managing and assisting Front End operations including:
- Scanning items
- Entering pricing data
- Processing payment
- Packaging groceries
- Resolving any checkout concerns
- Bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training employees
- Scheduling front end staff
- Assisting Operations Manager with hiring, onboarding, training, and other related tasks as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- One or more years' experience in with payroll, scheduling, and all aspects of bookkeeping
- Prior team leadership experience
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of retail operations
- Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
