TESCO Staffing in Falmouth, MA is looking for one evs supervisor to join our team. We are local ted on H97 H+Q7 J Falmouth. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

  • Available shift- 2:00pm to 10:30PM
  • Pay- $23/hour

Responsibilities

  • Directly supervise a team of EVS team monitoring performance, and providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Ensure a consistently high standard of cleaning and disinfection throughout the assigned area, following established protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections to evaluate the quality of cleaning and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper use and requesting replacements as needed.
  • Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within environmental services or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of cleaning and disinfection procedures, including infection control protocols.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, Spanish and / or Creole language skill, and organizational skills.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $22.50 - $23.00/hour.
