Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescriptionVeterinary Receptionist with a positive, fun attitude needed full-time at a large, established veterinary clinic. Experience in the veterinary field is preferred, but not required. This position requires the ability to multi-task, be a team player, ensuring exceptional client care and a love for animals. The Receptionist position is very fast paced and detail-oriented.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:
  • Answering multiple phone lines (questions, messages, etc) 
  • Scheduling boarding, surgeries and doctor appointments 
  • Checking in boarding, grooming, surgeries and doctors appointments 
  • Filling/calling in prescriptions 
  • Cleaning/maintaining reception area, lounge and pet park 
  • Completing Daily/Weekly/Monthly assigned tasks 
  • Customer service and much more…

Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • Weekend availability as needed
  • Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds
