WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? As a Project Manager, you will craft procurement strategies, ensure contract adherence, and implement internal controls and processes. You will offer expert guidance on design and construction management, leveraging internal and external resources to facilitate construction, integration, and logistics within a complex environment. You will also work closely with facility operations to address evolving organizational challenges, supporting the mission of delivering exceptional customer service and top-tier facilities through operational excellence.WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Review project plans, proposals, shop drawings, and submittals.
  • Develop project objectives, performance standards, and timelines.
  • Determine project phases, elements, and sequencing.
  • Schedule preparation, pre-planning, and resource forecasting for technical activities
  • Supervise project development, procurement, and implementation from plans to completion.
  • Manage relationships and communication with consultants, contractors, tenants, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics and operational readiness with Authority departments and stakeholders
  • Oversee building and airport systems integrations
  • Establish the scope of work and required resources
  • Prepare status reports and monitor budgets, schedules, and performance indicators
  • Allocate resources, approve expenditures, and maintain project records
  • Manage construction, testing, and contractors until completion
  • Identify and negotiate potential contract changes
  • Supervise project completion and closeout process
  • Represent the Authority in project meetings
