A Day in the Life of a Sales Agent:
- Start the morning with our Daily Team Huddle
- Develop insurance quotes for prospective clients
- Conduct sales presentations following our sales process
- Ensure all of our clients have a 5-Star experience
- Collaborate with our team of professionals to achieve high sales targets
What Makes a Sales Agent Successful?
- A sales or customer-facing background is preferred
- An insurance background is even better
- Must be intrinsically motivated to succeed
- Must be tenacious and possess a Hunter Mentality
- Must be solution-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Coachability is essential. There are always opportunities to improve

Absolutely not. We've got you covered with all the leads you'll ever need. Our sales team can just focus on their work without having to tap into their personal networks.

Not at all. Our compensation plan is the most competitive in the state. You'll start with a base salary of $36,000, plus receive uncapped commissions and generous bonuses.

Acquire new clients to our insurance agency by selling Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and Life insurance, as well as other complimentary products.
