• speaking with customers on the phone
• data entry, back up title clerk
• greeting customers
.• a variety of front desk administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must possess excellent time management skills
• Must be detail oriented
• Efficiently manage several projects and tasks at the same while maintaining customer satisfaction and high level of customer service
• Proficiency using MS Office
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Ability to be a flexible team player Experience preferred, but we are willing to train someone with good customer service skills and a desire to learn. Positive, professional and personable.
