Sr. Project Manager - 4 month contract to hire (contingent upon performance and attendance)

Location: Brentwood, TN

Pay: $53/hr

Schedule: M - F 8:00a-5:00p

Position Summary:

Manages medium to large projects from inception to completion, ensuring project objectives are met. Acts as a single point of accountability and utilizes the client's controls and standards. Set up and management of projects to support Physician Services effort in IRC. This is a high-profile, high-priority effort with exposure to senior executives. These are business projects, not necessarily technical.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project progress and address issues.
  • Facilitate team collaboration and communication.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage relationships with business owners and team members.
  • Communicate project updates and gather feedback.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and dependencies.
  • Ensure project stays on track and within scope.
  • Deliverable Creation:
  • Oversee the production of high-quality project deliverables.
  • Develop supporting tools and resources.

Required Skills:

  • Project Management: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, MS Planner).
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • LEAN, Or Six Sigma certification a plus.
