Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is one of New Jersey’s largest non-profit social service agencies with programs and facilities serving Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties.

We are currently seeking a per diem Administrative Specialist for our Office of Volunteer Serviceslocated in Cranford, NJ.

Schedule: Tuesday & Wednesday, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Job Duties:

  • Review, maintain and update OVS volunteer management software on a weekly basis
  • Track, trend and compile data to create reports from software applications to Microsoft Excel
  • Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, receiving and responding to outgoing and incoming correspondence

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
  • One year experience with digital software database management and administration
