We are currently hiring an Assistant Director to help our staff educate and mold young minds in our UNIQUE schools

Some of the responsibilities for this role include the following:

  • Assist the Center Director In supporting staff and families and overseeing the operations of the school.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with parents, children, and staff.
  • Serve in various roles throughout the school as needed.
  • Comply with state childcare licensing regulations.
  • Train and supervise teachers and other staff members.
  • Ensure teachers have the supplies needed and fully execute the weekly curriculum.
  • Manage daily/weekly scheduling.
  • Provide superior customer service.
  • Assist in keeping the school physically well-kept, attractive, and safe.
  • Create a fun, exciting, and loving environment for children to thrive in.
