Primary Job Function: To provide maintenance on residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience.
Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed
Pay Scale: Up to $16.00 per hour, depending on experience
Benefits: Paid Holidays & Vacation, Paid Sick Days, IRA with the Company Match
Required qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Minimum 1 year of HVAC hands-on experience
- HVAC trade school certification is a plus
- Construction or other similar work experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Must be able to crawl in tight spaces and work in extreme weather conditions
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
