Job DescriptionJob Description

Summary/Objective

The Integration Tech will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, integration, troubleshooting of equipment at customer Sites.

Essential Functions

  • Evaluate site alarms & troubleshooting site issues.
  • Perform preventative Site Maintenance, Site Audits, Scans, Cell Site Routers etc.
  • Replace Site Equipment, perform Call testing, Route cables and assist in Build-outs.
  • Ability to visit Sites, work to Service Tickets and update in resolutions.
  • Ability to check various Performance & Reporting tools.
  • Manage Vendors (Tower, Electric, Generator, HVAC etc)
  • Attend calls and communicate with other techs and management on daily basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Competencies

  • Basic computer knowledge required.
  • Candidates must be experienced with hand tools and follow proper safety procedures while using tools.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as with a team.
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of multi-tasking large volumes of work.
  • Ability to understand network communication and basic flow diagrams
  • Understanding of network design, capacity planning, power systems AC/DC, fiber, cables and grounding.

Work Environment

  • Work indoors & outdoors in all weather conditions; including but not limited to snow, rain and varying temperatures

Physical Demands

  • Able to lift 50 to 100 lbs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

40+ hours per week

Travel

Travel throughout the week

Required Education and Experience

  • 3-5 years’ experience performing site repair and troubleshooting.


Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Have knowledge of and ability to meet and pass all DOT requirements
