Your key responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients daily via phone, email and face to face in a kind and professional demeanor.
  • Deliver top-notch experience when assisting customers with billing and policy inquiries.
  • Bring a can-do attitude and find solutions with ease, making life easier for our clients.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to accomplish tasks and keep things smooth sailing.
  • Provide reliable and consistent attendance.


At a minimum, you are good at:
  • Effective communications in speaking, writing, and listening.
  • Exuding that friendly vibe and charm factor, making our clients feel cared for and valued.
  • Thinking quickly and offering helpful suggestions.
  • Getting things done with precision and efficiency.
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.


Even better if you have:
  • Previous retail, restaurant, or customer service experience
  • Experience in sales and/or insurance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Drive to progress in your career
  • Eagerness to learn and enjoy the journey
