Position: Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse
Location: Hackensack, NJ
Duration: 3 Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to evaluate patients and collaborate with physicians to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients and collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
  • Document nursing care accurately and timely based on patient needs and standards of practice.
  • Prioritize patient needs through thorough assessment and ongoing evaluation.
  • Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to promote patient well-being and recovery.
  • Advocate for evidence-based practice and contribute to the adoption of innovative care delivery methods.
  • Manage patient care effectively, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  • Adhere to professional nursing practice standards and contribute to a culture of excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Active RN license of New Jersey.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related specialty area.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Certification in specialty area.
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Participation in continuing education and professional development activities.
