Job DescriptionJob Description

Front of house supervisor keeps a positive attitude while making staff and guest relations. Ensures guest happiness with 100% table touches. Encourages staff and sets the standard for great service. Additionally, front of house supervisor supervises the cleanliness and upkeep of the dining room and guest contact areas, including restrooms and host stand. Finally, the front of house supervisor supervises individual shifts, helping ensure that dining guests are served in a manner that meets the standards set by 7 Hills Brewing Co. Key Responsibilities:

•Run daily/nightly shifts

•Keeps the restaurant clean and holds the staff to that standard

•Responsible for personnel-related matters including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging

•Assist manager with achieving budget goals and objectives.

•Technical skills to operate Touch Bistro P.O.S. & 7 Shifts scheduling applications

•Ensures guest contact through 100% table touches

•Maintains a positive attitude and work environment

•Transmits messages from upper-level management to service staff

•Liaison for the company

•Extensive food and drink menu knowledge

•Guest recovery

•Encouraging staff relationships

•Opening and closing duties

•Team player

•Bank and money handling

•Maintaining and directing the host stand

•Conflict resolution

•Punctuality

Other Requirements:

•Flexible scheduling

•Follows standard operations procedures

•Able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet

•Able to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet

•Able to stand and walk for a majority of work shift

•Follows restaurant cash handling safety and security procedures

•Compliant with all Federal, State, and local liquor, health and safety regulations

•Knowledge of and compliance with restaurant's Human Resources policies and processes Experience:

•Server and Bartender experience Required
