Job Summary
Hands-on Management of IT support functions and personnel, including the maintenance and troubleshooting for Network administration, help desk management, access control, information security, and Cyber Security for the Latrobe location.
Responsibility & Authority
Technimark establishes the interrelation of all personnel who manage, perform, and verify work affecting quality via Technimark’s Organization Chart and specific procedures while ensuring the independence and authority necessary to perform these tasks. Technimark’s Organization Chart is reviewed annually for adequacy. Independence and authority are established in the Control of Nonconforming product procedure.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Help desk management, including monitoring portal and assigning tickets when needed and managing call rotation.
2. Work directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
3. Assist with roll outs of new IT systems and upgrades.
4. Maintain support agreements, maintenance contracts and monitor license compliance.
5. Maintain IT asset and network inventory.
6. Co-administrator of user accounts for internal and external IT systems.
7. Support consistency of corporate and regional information systems.
8. Specify end-user training and coordinate delivery with Training Dept.
9. Supervise direct reports and ensure staff development.
10. Coordinate outside support services when needed.
11. Purchasing of IT Supplies.
Competencies
• Manufacturing Safety
• College Degree or 7+ years IT Leadership Experience
• MS Office and ERP Experience
