Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role that will require managing and supervising concrete crews on commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the concrete crew, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to a high standard, and maintaining the safety of the crew and other job site workers at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience as a concrete foreman, or similar role, with demonstrated experience in commercial concrete construction projects
• Proven ability to manage and supervise concrete crews to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints
• Demonstrated knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, and curing
• Expertise in concrete form-work systems, including both wood and metal forms
• Knowledge of proper mixing, finishing, and placement techniques for various concrete types and mixes
• Understanding of basic concrete testing and quality control procedures
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with crew members, other supervisors, and clients
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor team members
• Must be able to lift heavy objects, work in all weather conditions and in confined spaces if needed
• High school diploma or equivalent, trade or vocational school training in concrete technology strongly preferred
