We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Shopify Shipper. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the shipping process for our Shopify store, ensuring that orders are accurately processed, packaged, and shipped in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

• Order Processing: Process orders received through our Shopify platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Packaging: Carefully package products according to company standards, ensuring that items are adequately protected during transit
• Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and ensure timely delivery of orders
• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and notifying appropriate team members when stock levels are low
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to ensure that products meet our quality standards before shipment
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of shipped orders, including tracking information and delivery confirmations
• Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and any potential issues or delays
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline the shipping process and improve efficiency

• Experience: Previous experience in a shipping or warehouse environment preferred
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions
• Organization: Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds
