POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Engineer to oversee our diverse portfolio of
wastewater treatment projects. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a passion
for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. As a Project Engineer, you will play a
crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion, while
maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent
projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, procurement,
and installation to ensure project objectives are met within established timelines and budget
constraints.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and stakeholders, providing
regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during project execution.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions
and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and
implementing corrective actions as necessary.


QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; PMP
certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the wastewater
treatment or related industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closeout, with
a focus on delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to e=ectively communicate and
collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a
focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and regulations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Solidworks
or equivalent tools.
