WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE

This administrative position works from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. There will be occasions when you will need to be available on weekends and holidays to meet the needs of our customers.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will operate office machines such as photocopiers, scanners, and computers to help maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and data entry systems. You will handle monetary transactions and answer phone calls from customers, directing them or taking messages as needed. Effective communication will be key as you interact with customers and other individuals, providing information, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or complaints they might have. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you compile, copy, sort, and file records, ensuring that office activities run smoothly and efficiently.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
