About this role:

The HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) Specialist is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing the HRIS software (UltiPro) for our organization. This role combines HR processes with IT expertise to manage and analyze employee data, supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, and performance management
 

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm.
Work Environment: Three days at the Foxboro office, 2 days remote after the completion of 90 days.
 

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
  • Proven experience and understanding of HRIS, UltiPro/UKGhighly preferred.
  • Experience managing HRIS implementations and enhancements, required.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Fluent with HRIS/payroll software (UltiPro/UKG preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local HR regulations and processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and graphs, a plus.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.

As our HRIS Specialist, you’ll get to:

  • System Management: Install, implement, modify, and upgrade HRIS software and applications.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HR and employees.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain the accuracy and integrity of data within the HRIS.
  • Data Processing: Handle employee data processes, including leaves, wages, and working hours.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports and insights to support HR functions and improve processes.
  • Training Coordination: Serve as the training coordinator for HRIS-related learning.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure HRIS data processing adheres to company policies and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work with IT and other departments to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work with vendors to optimize HRIS usage and identify efficiencies.
  • Training: Provide training to new HR department hires on the HRIS system.
  • Report Generation: Analyze and create HR reports such as EEO-1, Termination, Benefits, and Compensation.
  • Support: Support the Payroll and Benefits team with system and report configuration to promote end-user self-sufficiency
