Fast paced Real Estate Firm located in the Norcross, GA area is looking for a highly motivated self-starter committed to assisting our accounting department. We are seeking a dynamic candidate for a full-time position as an AR Billing Specialist. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and strong computer literacy with a high level of proficiency with excel are a must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitor client account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
  • Inputs information into CaseAware electronic files
  • Uploads pertinent documents to client system and/or firms case management system
  • Verify and research account discrepancies, identify, document and communicate root cause issues
  • Correct client accounts for errors in billing rates
  • Communicate daily with department manager and department leaders if issues arise
  • Must have schedule flexibility to accommodate department and client needs.
  • Responsible for providing, overseeing and reviewing fees and costs quotes when requested internally or externally
  • Correspond with clients or business units on the status of daily fees and costs quotes, escalated quotes or rebutting refund requests
  • Trained and competent in all client systems
  • Compliant with all Client Requirements and Regulations
  • Returns all e-mails and phone calls received by 3 pm on the same day and those received after 3 pm by the next day close of business
