Housekeeping Inspector

Still Waters Lakefront Resort is searching for a Housekeeping Inspector to join our team We are doing on the spot job offers for qualified candidates.

We offer a bonus paid per inspected room to ensure each inspector is being compensated based on hard work and dedication

Must be able to work weekends. This is a full-time, year-round position.

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Housekeeping Inspector you will be responsible inspecting designated guest rooms and/or public areas to ensure our guest have an outstanding experience while at our resort

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• • Inspect rooms, verify and report status and/or discrepancies of rooms and enter into property management system (as needed)
  • Complete work orders, as needed - Perform Room Attendant and/or House person duties, as needed
  • Assist in training Room Attendants, as needed
  • Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

Qualifications and Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Strong organizational and analytic skills

An attention to details

Strong communication skills

A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service

Physical requirements

Minimum lifting of 50-60 pounds. Pushing, bending, stooping, kneeling, pulling, upward reaching, manual dexterity. Hearing, writing, speaking. Ability to stand on feet for hours at a time and be able to climb stairs. Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold for extended periods of time
