Born and raised in El Paso, Beth Santillan is dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses in her hometown. Beth became a State Farm Agent in 2010 and loves her job. She and her team are committed to providing the highest level of customer service, paying attention to every detail, and getting to know their customers and what matters most to them. Outside of work, Beth enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, and attending concerts.

No previous insurance experience is required. We are looking for enthusiastic and engaged candidates eager to develop their skills and knowledge and understand the role of insurance and financial products in helping people manage everyday risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
- Bilingual Spanish Required
- Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
- Sales Experience Preferred
- Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills Written, Verbal, and Auditory
- Self-Motivated
- Experience in Marketing
- Ability to Make Presentations to Potential Customers
- Achievements in Mutually Agreed Upon Marketing Goals
$20.00-$28.00 Per Hour
Hours:
Monday-Friday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
