If so, we are looking for Splicers to join the team, playing a pivotal role in connecting customers and small businesses with high-quality cable services.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Splicing and terminating cables both indoors and outdoors, ensuring seamless connectivity.
  • Employing diagnostic tools to test and troubleshoot cabling, addressing any field issues with expertise.
  • Collaborating with team members to fulfill daily objectives, guaranteeing a positive installation experience for all customers.
  • Safely using hand and power tools, prioritizing safety above all.
  • Accurately completing job documentation in a timely manner.

Who Should Apply:

  • Individuals with at least one year of experience in Splicing or a related field.
  • Those with experience in cabling (coax, fiber, cat5e) and terminations.
  • Candidates with a solid understanding of cabling standards and network infrastructure.
  • Applicants with field service experience in the telecommunications industry are preferred.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
  • A truck or SUV to travel to different job sites (Traveling 30 minutes to 1 hour).

  • Salary: $150 to $250 per Day

Schedule:

  • 5 days per week.
  • 8-hour shifts (schedules may vary).
