We are currently seeking a Loan Processor to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in facilitating the lending process. As a Loan Processor, you will collaborate with clients, loan officers, and underwriters to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of loan applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Review loan applications for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all required documents are provided.
  • Verify and validate applicant information, employment history, credit reports, and financial statements.
  • Communicate with clients, loan officers, and underwriters to gather any missing information or clarify discrepancies.
  • Prepare and organize loan files, maintaining meticulous records throughout the application process.
  • Follow industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance and adherence to lending standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the loan processing cycle.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with borrowers, providing updates on the status of their loan applications.
  • Ensure timely submission of complete loan packages to underwriting for approval.
  • Assist in preparing closing documents and coordinating loan closings.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to loan processing.
