Internet Salesperson - Audi North Park

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven, and experienced Internet Salesperson. The Internet Salesperson will be responsible for managing online sales inquiries and leads, converting leads into appointments, and ultimately into sales.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to online inquiries and leads
  • Manage internet sales leads through the dealership’s customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Schedule appointments with potential customers
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers via email, phone, and text
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle specifications and pricing
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from online interactions to in-person meetings
  • Assist customers with vehicle financing and paperwork
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, inventory, and industry trends
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of internet marketing strategies

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with automotive sales processes and CRM software is essential.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience in internet sales or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales-related software.
  • Valid Driver's License and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record.
