Job Summary
We are seeking a Assistant Administrator to join our team As the Assistant Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations and activities of our homes, including supervising all programs and activities within the home and working closely with other members of the team to ensure everyone is compliant with regulations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrable experience in management, and a familiarity with state regulations when it comes to group homes and social services.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the home
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure all needs are being met
  • Maintain compliance with all state regulations and guidelines
  • Rotate on-call for resident and staffing emergencie

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience with management desired
  • Strong familiarity with regulations on assisted living
  • Experience with backend office management desired
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
