Sr. CRM Strategist - Owner Engagement 

We are seeking a talented and experienced CRM Strategist specializing in marketing tools and Segment.io to join our dynamic team. As the CRM Strategist, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and optimization of our customer relationship management tools, owning the solution roadmap to support marketing strategies. You will leverage your expertise in marketing tools and Segment.io to enhance customer engagement, drive conversions, and optimize our marketing campaigns.

  • Bold, thought leader in the CRM technology space, passionate about identifying and building solutions within a variable tech stack 
  • Extensive experience scaling CRM platforms within DTC, Braze experience a plus
  • Deployed products on a national and/or  international stage, learned from your mistakes
  • Exceptional at explaining ideas, concepts and complex architecture

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owner of the success of the CRM and other internal inhouse system applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine CRM strategies that leverage marketing tools and Segment.io to maximize customer engagement, retention, and revenue
  • Assess the suitability of existing marketing tools and Segment.io for our CRM needs, and recommend and implement necessary enhancements or replacements.
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions, introducing concepts and roadmaps to key decision makers and senior management to address their business issues and needs
  • In charge of managing and handling daily requirements/issues from end users
  • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other platform product teams, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Own tool roadmaps and enable advanced use automation to streamline customer communications, including email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Continuously test and optimize CRM campaigns and workflows to improve performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate regular reports on CRM performance and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Ensure CRM campaigns and communications adhere to relevant data privacy regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) in CRM product management, with a focus on marketing tools and Segment.io
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, strategies, and technologies.
  • Experience with source and destination integrations, data enablement, and 1:1 personalization using dynamic content and automation
  • Proficiency in using Segment.io and other relevant CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Exceptional product management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in CRM or marketing automation tools are a plus.
