Job Overview: Nibav Lifts Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse. This role is critical to maintaining our high standards of efficiency, safety, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Inspecting Shipments: Unload, inspect, and record incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate records and timely stock replenishment.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and care.
  • Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, following all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure that only high-quality items are sent to customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Dependability: Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
