The Lodge on Lake Oconee is looking for an experienced Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front office team as we transition to a fully renovated, branded, upscale, boutique hotel.

At a minimum, you must meet the criteria listed below to be considered for the position. If you do not meet all of the criteria you will not be considered for the position.

$17 - $20 hourly

• Working and running the front desk
• Training associates
• Maintaining and exceeding brand standards
• Implementing programs to enhance the guest experience as it relates to the front desk
• Ensuring that the hotels meets the brand's quality assurabce standards as it relates to the front desk
• Maintaining clear communications with both the housekeeping and maintenance departments
• Managing front desk supply inventories
• Other duties as determined by the General Manager

• At least three years of experience at the hotel front desk in a mid-scale or upscale brand
• At least one year of front desk supervisory experience
• A proven track record of establishing and maintaining above average guest experience scores
• The ability to implement and follow through on a comprehensive training program
• The ability to coach, counsel, and develop associates

The Lodge on Lake Oconee is a small, 80-room lakefront boutique hotel located in Eatonton, GA.

Please note that we will be completely renovating and re-branding this hotel in our transition to a mid to upper-scale boutique property.
