RVO Warehouse Manager

Vend Tech International is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our RVO team at our location in Hermitage, GA. As a leading provider of vending machine services, micro markets, and full coffee solutions, Vend Tech International relies on efficient warehouse operations to support the growth of the Vend Tech retail vending operations.

Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse inventory management, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
• Implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy levels.
• Report inventory ordering requirements to the Purchasing Manager to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

Order Fulfillment:

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to fulfill customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped according to company standards.
• Monitor order processing workflows to optimize efficiency and minimize order turnaround times.

Warehouse Organization:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Implement warehouse layout optimizations to maximize space utilization and streamline operations.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of products to prevent damage and minimize waste.

Team Leadership:

• Provide leadership and direction to warehouse staff, including training, coaching, and performance management.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and accountability.
• Lead by example in demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
• Supervise fulfillment specialists and warehouse procurement specialists to ensure efficient operations.

Product Preparation:

• Oversee the preparation of vending products by warehouse staff for delivery drivers.
• Ensure that all products in the warehouse are stocked and filled to meet daily requirements.
• Monitor the efficiency of product preparation processes and implement improvements as needed.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably in the distribution or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software applications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Forklift certification and knowledge of OSHA safety regulations (preferred).
