Job Title: Bookkeeper - beem® Light Sauna

Location: Huntersville, NC

FLSA Classification/Status: Full-time; Exempt

Reporting to: SVP, Finance

As our Bookkeeper, you'll directly support our Sr. VP of Finance, playing a pivotal role in maintaining financial records, providing strategic insights, and fostering seamless communication with franchises. You'll empower senior management with data-driven decision-making, ensuring financial stability and operational efficiency.

What You Will Work On?

• Accurate Financial Records: Maintain up-to-date records, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting:  Prepare key financial statements and reports for senior leadership.
• Budgeting Support: Assist in budget creation and financial forecasting.
• Expense Management: Monitor expenses, identify savings opportunities, and optimize financial efficiency.
• Audit Preparation: Organize financial documents and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze trends, variances, and propose actionable recommendations.
• Collaboration: Engage with franchises and internal teams, ensuring clear and accurate financial communication.
• Other Duties: As assigned to ensure high performance.

What You Bring to the beem® Light Sauna Team?

• Advanced bookkeeping skills, QuickBooks proficiency is a must..
• Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field (preferred).
• Certification as a Bookkeeper (e.g., AIPB) is a plus.
• Franchise or startup experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and compliance standards.
• Previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating leadership skills.
