With Summer right around the corner, NOLA Management Group is on the hunt for aspiring business professionals who are looking to kick start their career in the business world of Marketing, Sales, Management, and Consulting as a Business Management Trainee Intern As a leading business management and consulting firm, our mission is to guide our Business Management Trainee Interns in building long-lasting relationships with our renowned clients, developing key fundamentals in business operations, and transforming their skillsets into effective leadership qualities. 

What does a Business Management Trainee Intern do? 

  • Train alongside senior business representatives cross-functionally in Marketing, Sales, Management, and Consulting 
  • Act as a direct liaison between our clients and their consumers and open lines of communication
  • Develop product knowledge on our client’s marketing campaigns, products, services, and sale promotions
  • Collaborate with fellow business professionals, representatives, trainees and interns on effective marketing approaches and sale techniques 
  • Attend all conference meetings and training sessions to further enhance leadership skills utilized in business management and consulting
  • Build rapport with potential clients through positive engagement and representation 
  • Answer any questions our consumers may have regarding our client’s products and services professionally 
  • Take greater responsibility as time progresses throughout the internship 

What does it take to be a Business Management Trainee Intern? 

  • At least 1-2 years of experience working in Marketing, Sales, Management, Consulting, or other business related field preferred 
  • Bachelor’s Degree (or in progress) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or other related fields preferred 
  • Adaptable working in fast-paced environments 
  • Flexible working both independently and collaboratively in a team setting 
  • Positive, ambitious, and competitive demeanor 
  • Student-mentality and looking to grow leadership qualities 
  • Solution-oriented and takes initiative to problem solve challenges 
  • Team-spirited and is a natural communicator in social settings

Through our fast-track Business Management Trainee program, we provide our entrepreneurial-spirit Business Management Trainee Interns with individualized training from our senior level business executives, the opportunity to explore their passion in multiple business fields, and the pursuit in establishing an ever growing career foundation for themselves
