Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid Few Days a week)

Duration: FTE

Job Description :

  • Overall 10+ years of experience , must have technically led AI projects with strong experience in Gen AI and has worked in onshore-offshore model.
  • 1+ yr of hands-on implementation experience on large language model framework and tools (langchain, llamaindex, flowise)
  • 2+ yr of hands-on experience on fine-tuning large language model
  • 2+ yr of experience on natural language processing, large language models, prompt engineering, vector databases, retrieval augmented generation
  • 5+ yr of experience on Exploratory Data analysis and feature engineering on unstructured text data and structured, semi-structured metadata
  • Expert level of python and related machine/deep learning library (sklearn, torch, keras, spacy, pandas)
  • Chatbot development experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with RAG techniques and their application if AI projects
  • Experience in cloud platforms and deploying in AI models in production environment
  • Experience with NLP libraries and frameworks and Hugging Face Transformers
  • Experience in designing and developing chatbots and virtual assistants
  • Proficiency in using and fine-tuning transformer-based models like GPT
  • Experience in customizing pre-trained models for specific use cases like virtual assistants or tasks automation
  • Experience in integrating application with various platforms and service through RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with data pipeline and ETL processes
  • Experience in A/B testing, model tuning, and iterative improvements to enhance chatbot accuracy and user satisfaction
  • Master's degree in Computer science
