JOB SUMMARY
KIOTI Tractor, a leader in the design and manufacture of compact tractors, utility vehicles, turf care, and compact construction equipment, is seeking an Inventory Claims Specialist to join our team onsite in Wendell, NC. The Inventory Claims Specialist serves as a support element to the Claims Coordinator. This individual will be cross-trained and gain exposure to many functions within the department including claims processing, inventory investigations, dealer network relationship building, and claims data recording.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB
The Inventory Claims Specialist’s key responsibilities are outlined below:
CLAIMS:
- Resolve claim disputes and processing the verdict
- Perform inventory investigations
- Handle credit and debit process on claim investigations
- Manage dropship process
- Issue and monitor call tags
- Process freight claims
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:
- Create inventory control reports and vendor reports
- Perform annual physical inventory counting
- Manage analytically based improvement projects
- Directly or indirectly locate misplaced parts to help satisfy sale to customer/dealer
- Help maintain or relay proper product identification and location accuracy and transfer product to correct location if required
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Determine and record data for KPI’s
- Promote dealer satisfaction utilizing customer service skills
EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 1-5 Years of related customer service or inventory experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand / walk long period of time in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Familiarity with inventory control
- Must be a team player with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Good time-management skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively present information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Experience with CRM and/or Dynamics SL is a plus
