Psychiatrist (Hybrid)

Alliance for Wellness is a well-established psychiatric group serving the Southern California since 2010. We are currently seeking a Psychiatrist to join our diverse and seasoned group of Board-Certified Physicians to support our practice locations along Ventura County, CA.

Our group provides a comprehensive model of care and services utilizing both onsite and telepsychiatry. We are not a placement company, but a medical group looking for providers who are passionate about providing the best patient care.

AFW has established long-term partnerships with leading in-patient and outpatient hospitals and offers a unique opportunity to practice across a wide spectrum of healthcare settings including Emergency Departments, Psychiatric hospitals, general hospitals, and crisis stabilization units.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-patient psychiatric care, rounding in-person with support from a multi-disciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners
• Provide collaborative and efficient patient care by utilizing the hospital EMR.
• Availability to provide telehealth services, treating patients via video/phone.
• Equipped to manage all aspects of Psychiatric care consults, psychiatric holds, discharge disposition, etc.

Position details:

• Open for Full-Time 1099 Independent Contractor.
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
• Possibility to do Hybrid (mix of telehealth and doing rounds at the medical floor and ED)
• Will support Oxnard, Camarillo, and Simi Valley practice locations. (within 10-minute driving distance)
• Salary Range is $300K to 350K annual base salary plus productivity bonus.
