Molinari Pools is searching for a Director of Operations to join our team. We desire to hire a professional who is responsible for executive business initiatives and achieving measurable results by leading, managing and holding their team accountable for agreed upon commitments. The individual in this role will remove obstacles and barriers, manage strategic level projects, standardize operational processes and work to integrate these processes in the operational functions of the business.

Job Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Faithfully execute operational portions of the business plan, achieving or exceeding planning P&L objectives.
  • Leads, Manages and holds the Operations Team Managers accountable for achieving agreed-upon commitments.
  • Resolves issues effectively- seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out issues and solving the issues in a practical and healthy manner.
  • Ensures that everyone in the Operations division is truly following and adhering to the company's core processes and operating system with consistency.
  • Effectively collaborates with other members on the Leadership team to stay on the same page, filtering and translating ideas and initiatives into functional plans for the company.
  • Work to remove obstacles and barriers that may limit the team and company- ensuring there is proper training, resources, and staffing available to Operations departments as needed and permitted by budget.
  • Own all measurables relating to Operations on the Leadership team, holding the department managers accountable for desired results. These measurables include but are not limited to production, efficiency, revenue generation, open work orders, past-due balances, draw schedules, project gross profit margins, KPIs, and more.
  • Ensure safety and compliance for all functions within the Operations division- including compliance with OSHA regulations, training and resources available.
  • Lead as an example of organization expectations in terms of people and client care.
Requirements:
  • Must have a valid and acceptable Florida drivers license and driving record.
  • Must have an acceptable background check and pass a drug screen upon offer of employment.
  • Must be considered an accepted driver on the organization's automobile insurance.
